Debt recovery

The Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Portugal is not legally qualified to enforce the payment of a debt to creditors by a company or a person.
However, the Chamber may:
• make a contact.
• propose (by means of a proxy) a solution for the
settlement of a debt.
• propose the services of a specialized consultancy
company (please check our members list for this
sector).
• propose the services of a lawyer (please check our
members list for this sector).

Basic fees
Making a contact and attempting to solve the problem (no travel included) € 85.00. (free-of-charge for members)

Variable fees
Travel expenses: € 85.00/h. + € 0.40/km (plus toll costs).

If debt recovery is successful, a percentage of the recovered amount will be charged.
